Wi2U car hotspot - mobile WLAN and UMTS router
The demand for comprehensive and continuous internet access is rising. Network providers are expanding their data networks in order to offer fast internet connection, particularly in rural areas. The available mobile internet can be received on different devices - with Wi2U even on the road while driving.
Great demands are placed on a mobile internet connection from your vehicle, as the connection must operate reliably even in areas with low reception. The Wi2U meets all qualitative requirements and allows access to all internet services to up to eight end terminals, including notebooks, smartphones and tablets.

Specifications
The Wi2U Car Hotspot is a wireless LAN access point, which can accommodate up to eight mobile WLAN terminals. The router operates in the 2.4 GHz RF range. The router's core is the lesswire WLAN module WiBear-SF, which is suitable for robust in-car use of WLAN according to IEEE 802.11 b/g.
Via the UMTS module integrated in the router, a fast and performant wireless internet connection with up to 7.2 Mbps download (HSPDA) and 5.7 Mbps upload speed (HSUPA) can be achieved - i.e. bandwidths inside your car, which are comparable with you home DSL network.
