- Specific wiring in order to retrofit VW Multimedia input MEDIA-IN
- The following items will be needed in addition:
- Original MDI interface
- Adapter loom depending on the audio source (iPod, USB, Jack)
- Not suitable for vehicles with factory fitted CD-Changer
- The factory fitted AUX-IN connector will be work
- Input of an external audio source (iPod, mp3 - Player or USB-hard disk drive) to vehicles equipped with the following head units:
- RCD 310
- RCD 510 (not for devices with index AA/ ..AB)
- RNS 310
- RNS 315
- RNS 510 (only for devices with index ..A or hihger)
- Device control (depending of audio source) as well as track information on radio screen
- Length - 1,8m
