You will receive a confirmation email when the goods are shipped.
Orders will be shipped by registered mail us at PostNL / MyParcel / DPD (depending on the size of the package). You will receive a Track & Trace code which you can monitor the status of the shipment by PostNL / MyParcel / DPD.
Shipping costs
By Car Gadgets BV All packages shipped insured. Once your package unexpectedly lost or your package arrives damaged, get here immediately made work. The shipping costs are calculated based on the value and weight of the order.
Return
As a customer, you have the right to return the items delivered by Car Gadgets BV within 14 working days after receipt in the original packaging, including a copy of the relevant invoice and stating the possible reason for the return. If the items are returned as good as unused and on time and correctly, Car Gadgets BV will pay the paid price, with the exception of the shipping costs of the shipment, as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after return receipt of the items. This with the exception of specially ordered and/or electronic (new/used - sealed) items that logically can no longer be sold as new and by us after opening and/or were already connected in a vehicle with and without component protection. This also applies to repairs. As soon as the seal is broken and/or damaged, the warranty expires. All CD DVD SD cards are never taken back.
