Rear View Camera - "Universal" Interface - Audi/VW
- Rear view camera interface to retrofit a universal rear view camera (NTSC)
- The area behind the vehicle will be displayed on the screen of the original head unit
- No installation of an addititional screen is neccessary!
- Suitable for original head units as follows:
- Volkswagen MFD2 / RNS 2
- Volkswagen RNS 510
- Volkswagen RNS 315
- Skoda Columbus (identical RNS 510)
- Skoda Amundsen+ (identical RNS 315)
- Audi RNS E (A3 8P, A3 8PA, A3 Cabriolet, A4 8E,TT 8J)
- Audi RNS E (R8)
- Skoda Nexus 16:9
- Seat Navigation 16:9
- Lamborghini Gallardo
- NOTE - Regarding Audi vehicles not suitable for RNS-E head unit from 2010 model year (part number ... ... 193) - coming soon
- NOTE VW T5 GP (from 2010) - For vehicles with OPS on the BACK (optical parking system on the back) the OPS function get lost - no limitations for vehicles with OPS on the BACK and FRONT
- No display of guiding lines and fields on the screen of the head unit
- Easy installation due to automatic head unit detection
- Auto switch to rear view cam by choosing the rear gear*

- Only suitable for an NTSC camera
- * In case of headunit RNS-E the auto switch is limited to Audi A3 8P, A38PA, A3 Cabriolet, A4 8E, TT 8J.
- To retrofit an original Audi or VW camera you will need additional wiring: Part No. 36136
- Not suitable for vehicles with factory fitted TV
